Therapeutic Massage
A sincere desire to open ourselves to the highest
realities of our physical and spiritual selves is the key to self-healing
so that healing energy can flow into us unimpeded.
At SamyogaBali we hope to facilitate this healing
power within us by offering a special kind of therapeutic healing
massage.
The massage is designed specifically to benefit your
physical and mental health. By loosening blockages, the massage
will help harmonize the body and help heal and relieve stress. It
promotes relaxation, increase flexibility and improve the recovery
rate of body from injury and illness.
Therapeutic massage involves the manipulation of
muscles and other soft tissues to improve the health and your well
being. Although there is a massage table, we recommend floor massage
on a padded mat. By lying on the floor, the masseur can easily manipulate
your limbs; the usage of feet and the strength of her entire body
are facilitated. The masseur uses her hands, fingers, palms or feet
to prevent (sometimes by standing on your back - with your permission)
and relieve pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, and stress. We listed
